My Dream Job

I feel so lucky to work in such a wonderful industry and with such a brilliant business partner. Along with our shared enthusiasm for micro weddings, my brother and I each offer our own experience and strengths making Wee Scottish Weddings such a successful collaboration. We compliment each other’s talents very well and have such a strong personal relationship that we can bounce ideas off each other with ease.

From a young age I have always dreamed of being involved in wedding planning and find that my passion has only grown over the years. While my first career was in a different industry, the logistical and management skills that I have developed are invaluable in my role as a wedding planner. I am very much a detail orientated person and can borderline on military precision about my timings. This can sometimes drive my partner crazy but is a huge asset in this profession. I absolutely love planning dream weddings for my clients and look forward to each and every wedding I am involved in. There is nothing better for me than watching a happy wedding couple enjoying their big (or wee) day.

My biggest tip to newly weds would be; take your time to revel and enjoy the wonderful feeling of your engagement but don’t leave planning too late. And, when you are ready, we are here to help with anything and everything.
